The “Electronic Sensors” group is working on: semiconductor nanowire-FET (NW-FET) for biosensing applications, on noise spectroscopy of transport phenomena in nanoscaled devices, on whispering-gallery mode (WGM) resonators with microfluidic channel for characterization of biological liquids.
