Our simple registration process is as follows:
- First complete the registration form
Upload your abstract by 30 July 2018
You can download the template for Word or LaTeX here.
You can upload your abstract by filling out the Abstract Submission Form. A copy of the form will then be sent to your e-mail address.
- You will in due course receive your notification of acceptance
We will then send you an invoice, which should be paid upon receipt
Note: if you require a Letter of Invitation for visa purposes, please tell us this in the "Remarks" section at the end of the registration form.
After you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email. However, this does not mean that you will automatically be offered a place on the workshop. The review panel will base their decisions on the suitability of the abstracts submitted, and will notify applicants accordingly by 30 August 2018.

Paying the Conference Fee
Detailed information on how to pay the conference fee will be sent out along with the invoice once and a formal confirmation of your registration.
Applicants who indicated their intention to pay by credit card will receive a link to all relevant payment instructions by email.
Payment should reach us by 01 October 2018. Bank transfer or credit card payments are the only payment methods we can accept. No cash payments are possible.

Students accomodated in double rooms | € 260 |

Cancellations

6 weeks before, by 09 October | 40 % of the conference fee |
4 weeks before, by 23 October | 60 % of the conference fee |
less than 4 weeks before the start of the workshop | 70 % of the conference fee |
All refunds will be made after the workshop has ended.
